Our Properties
Guests have exclusive access to their entire apartment. Common accessible areas include only the elevator, hallways, the staircase and the first-floor parking deck.
Our building has CCTV cameras recording the building perimeter and exterior entrances 24×7. All apartments have fire extinguishers, smoke- and CO2 detectors.
Vacuum cleaner and extensive cleaning supplies included. You are responsible for maintaining a clean home. Periodic or pre-departure cleaning services are available from our trusted housekeeping staff at affordable hourly rates (subject to schedules and availability).
We still maintain COVID-safe cleaning practices and use anti-viral treatments on common surfaces such as elevator buttons and the outside intercom panel.
Our apartments are not child-proofed. Guests are solely responsible for the safety of their family members.
Additional beds or cots cannot be supplied, sorry.
Simple Rules
- No wearing shoes inside the apartment beyond the entrance closet vestibule
- No smoking or vaping in the apartments, in the parking lot, anywhere in the building or in front of the building
- No incense or scented candles, and please be sparing with perfumes and colognes
- No parties (but we understand small family gatherings)
- No pets or animals (including visitors’ pets or animals) due to allergy concerns
- All guests must be registered with us prior to check-in and must provide copies of government IDs upon request
- Guests and their invitees and visitors must obey all laws, regulations, ordinances, rules and guidelines of South Korea, national and local

Cancellation Policy
Our booking and cancellation policies are similar to Airbnb’s “strict” policy. Please be certain of your plans before booking!
Check-in and Check-out
Check-ins begin at 4pm until whenever you arrive. Check-out by 11am, please. Early check-in and late check-out requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. Luggage storage is available after 8am. We greet all our guests in-person. No-contact check-in is not recommended but is available upon request.
Check-outs are easy. Make sure you have all your belongings, leave the keys, turn off the AC or turn down the heat, remove/log-out Netflix and YouTube accounts and have a safe trip!
We can ship items (at your cost) that have been left behind, but batteries, perfumes, alcoholic goods, etc., even some medications, cannot be shipped.
