Apartment 301 is a modern 125m² 3-bedroom 2-bath open-plan apartment featuring a large (18m² / 194 ft²) east-facing balcony. The living area is roomy and bright with plenty of comfortable seating and has a lift-top convertible coffee table. Adjacent the living room is a fully-equipped kitchen with generous counter space and a six-seat dining room table.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, a convertible couch, lots of closet and drawer space, a full-length mirror and room-darkening curtains. The master bathroom is connected through a brightly lit powder room with even more storage, and it has a full-size bathtub and sink, lots of mirrors and an electronic bidet.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, make-up table, comfy chair and lots of closet space. The third bedroom has two super-single beds, a desk with office chair and work lamp and also lots of closet space.
Near the second and third bedrooms is the second bathroom featuring a roomy glass stall with rain shower and hand-held heads, lots of mirrors and a full-size sink. The nearby entrance hall has a coat and shoe closet.
A wonderful apartment with all the comforts of home, great for families, friends and extended stays.
We took the pictures below during renovation following a three-year stay. Beds will be made similar to our other apartments and we promise everything will be in its place!

Covered well-lit parking deck with room for up to eight full-size vehicles plus one subcompact. Ceiling clearance of 2.1m allows room for most vans and pickup trucks. Short ramp from street level is on the left and lobby entrance is on the right.
