Very nice place, very clean, perfect size and has all you need for a nice stay in beautiful Seoul. Right in the center of the city, subway and bus stations are very close, Itaewon with some nice restaurant (Korean and Western) as well as a number of cafes are just around the corner. Received nice welcome from Sarah and everything went perfectly.

We were there for about 2 weeks and we had a super pleasant time.
The apartment is immaculately clean, Brad thought of everything we could possibly need, it was all very helpful and accommodating. The neighborhood is very nice, lots of young people and with lots of boutiques and restaurants. The subway station is close by as well as a bus station. The hosts answered all questions even before we arrived and were very helpful. Even when looking for a cab to leave, the hosts went out of their way to find one for us even though it was so spontaneous.
We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

1.地理位置非常好。本身就在汉南洞&梨泰院片区，周边就有很多好玩好逛的，又离地铁站近，走几分钟就到，去热门景点：景福宫、明洞、弘大，圣水，江南都不远，基本都是直达/只要换乘一次就可以；

2.房子非常干净，装修风格是简洁舒服中带一些复古，我很喜欢，设备也运行很好（比如说热水出得很快，可以看出房子用的都是好设施），基本生活用品都有（比如充足的毛巾、床品、雨伞…房东还很贴心地准备了几个电源转换头，解决了我们一大困扰）；

3.Brad非常地友善和考虑周到。我们到达的时候热情迎接我们，带我们参观房子，说明要注意的事项，冰箱里还有提前准备好的牛奶果汁鸡蛋面包等。中途我们需要加一张被子，也很贴心为我们准备了。走的时候下好大雨，我们拖着行李箱去地铁站很不方便，Brad也很暖心地载我们去地铁站了～

4.虽然价格稍稍超过预算，但碰上五一假期，对比其他房源，其实性价比很高了；

我们在这间房子里面度过了美好的假期。虽然不同地区有不同的生活习惯，比如首尔的垃圾分类规则比较多，刚开始也有些困惑，但过一两天就习惯了，也是一种体验。

我们住的时候也有尽量爱惜这个房子，希望我们没有给房东带来太多困扰🤣

如果一定要说有什么不习惯的话，就是主卧和小房的床都好软，睡不太习惯，但这也是个人习惯问题吧，有一些朋友是会喜欢的～如果我后面有朋友想来首尔，我也一定会推荐这个房源给他们的！

Very clean and convenient place, great host and good communication

We had a great stay at Airbnb Hannam! Great location with many public transportation options. Within few steps to great coffee shops, restaurants, and convenience stores. The host was really easy to reach. It’s so helpful that he lives in the same building so when we forgot to take our key card with us on one of the trips, he was able to come down to the lobby and let us in.
It’s really spacious for my kids to run around which is hard to come by with the Airbnb units in Seoul.
Everything we needed was provided like utensil, basic foods like milk and bread, and toiletries.
Great stay and we would love to come back and stay again!

We had a very comfortable stay at Brad n Sarah's place. The apartment is lavishly equipped with everything a traveller might need. The host was was sensitive to a traveller's needs , we were pampered with basic groceries well provided in abundance so we didn't need to rush out to equip ourselves with basics which i thought was very kind. Brad was very warmly available and helpful to us at all hours.We had a great stay and we highly recommend the place.

An excellent place to stay in Seoul!!!
The area is very nice with lots of cafes and restaurants. Bus stops to go around the city and the metro are very close and convenient.
The host is just amazing: he was waiting for us to welcome us. He is quick to answer any questions and does his best to find a way to help even when he doesn’t have an immediate solution. He is very kind and patient.
The apartment is very comfy and huge for Seoul. We really enjoyed staying there, it was very peaceful too once we were inside.
We would definitely go back there as a family the next time we visit Seoul! 😊

Very good

I really loved my stay at their place-- if I could do it over again, I'd probably stay there the whole month! Everything was very well thought out and appointed, they'd thought of everything you could need. WiFi was blazing fast, comfy bed with blackout curtains, spacious balcony, washer (and dryer!), friendly, responsive hosts. And most importantly the location was amazing-- just a few steps away from a slew of bars, restaurants, cafes, and buses / subway within a 7 min walk. I loved there were almost all local spots instead of chains restaurants. Would highly recommend, especially for a digital nomad, and hope to stay there again in the future.
