We are very appreciative of the Hannam team that helped us a great deal from booking taxis to and from the airport, to meeting us when we arrived (our flight was a night one) just to walk us through the amenities in the house and to help us settle in. Hosts were quick to respond and support in any way we required.The house was spacious, great for our party of 5 adults and 1 toddler. Everything was very organised and the team went the extra mile to get us stuff like bread and juice etc. which I felt was a very thoughtful touch. There are a few decent cafes nearby and a mini mart that was convenient to purchase things from. (We recommend milestone coffee roasters!). A bit more of a walk and you can find shops and eateries. The place was within walking distance (approx 8-10 minutes with a stroller) of Hangangjin (Line 6) subway, which got us to several places quite easily. Thankful for their help on the last day to get our luggages into the van and send us off. All in all a great stay!

We had a 2-week girls trip in Seoul, and our Hannam BnB was great - modern, spacious, clean, and more. The place was stocked with everything that we needed, including food, snacks, and drinks to get us started. The US-style bathrooms and separate washer dryer were big pluses. Brad was very responsive and helpful.The location is great for public transportation, shopping, and restaurants.

I stayed here for two weeks to do my mandatory quarantine and it was outstanding! The room is large, clean, and there is everything you need (washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, etc.). The area is really nice as well. There are many cafes and small restaurants. Itaewon, one of the party districts of seoul, is reachable by foot in about 15 minutes, the closest subway station is 5 minutes away. From my experience it's really one of the best areas in Seoul to stay!

What I appreciated the most was how kind and helpful the hosts were. The responses to my many questions (also regarding quarantine and immigration) always came fast and were helpful. Even when I had special requests for quarantine they were met.

So I can only recommend a stay at Brad's place! 🙂

Hannam apartment was the perfect stay for our two weeks quarantine. It is nicely and very helpful arranged. The host thought really of everything. Tony helped us with when we were moving in as a family of five with lots of luggage and helped us moving out.
We enjoyed the stay and it helped us to deal with being quarantined better. Netflix and the good wifi was a big helper.

Tony and Brad were very responsive from the start of the booking and up til even after we have left the residence. They took time to answer our enquiries and allay our anxieties with regards to the impact of natural disaster/weather leading up to our arrival. They also very kindly helped search for one of our missing items after we have left, and even took time to wait for us to retrieve it! The hosts very kindly provided us some snacks and light food that we were so grateful for, and even helped book us transports upon us leaving the residence. This places comes highly recommended for anyone who would like to live in this area!

We stayed in HannamBnB for about two weeks. Their apartment was clean and spacious, and was located in the best neighborhood for expats and tourists in Seoul. Moreover, the hosts are very welcoming and the communication with them was quick and smooth. Looking forward to staying again next time we are in Seoul.

I stayed here for about a month with my mom. We were beyond satisfied with the cleanliness, location, ease of checking in and checking out, and hospitality of the host. We will definitely be back if we visit Seoul again!

This was our second year in a row staying in one of Hannam’s listings. We enjoyed our stay so much last year that we booked a unit in the same building. As was the case before, the unit was spacious, extremely clean, well stocked (with plenty of towels both large and small, which can difficult to find at a lot of Airbnbs in Seoul), and comfortable. Brad and Sarah are fantastic hosts—very welcoming, super responsive, and genuinely caring and friendly. Additionally, the neighborhood is one of our favorites in all of Seoul, full of cute restaurants, cafes, and shopping. We, once again, highly recommend this Airbnb!
