We had a very comfortable stay at Brad n Sarah's place. The apartment is lavishly equipped with everything a traveller might need. The host was was sensitive to a traveller's needs , we were pampered with basic groceries well provided in abundance so we didn't need to rush out to equip ourselves with basics which i thought was very kind. Brad was very warmly available and helpful to us at all hours.We had a great stay and we highly recommend the place.

We moved to Korea from China. We booked this AirBnB Hannam place to use for our 14 days quarantine and few additional weeks to allow us to get settle and look for a home to live in eventually. During our stay at Hamman place, both Sarah and Brad (the hosts), made this experience and transition much easier than what we expected. This started even before we arrived. We were contacted by Sarah and Brad to make sure everything we needed in the place is ready and prepared for our stay. they shared so much information about what are the expectations before our arrival, during our stay, and after the fact. As we arrived, they offered their help to get us situated in the place. The readiness, cleanness, and welcome gifts were much appreciated. The place/unit itself was "outstanding" to say the least. After the quarantine was over, both Sarah and Brad were extremely helpful by providing the assistance to follow the process and make sure we took care of all the steps and expectation from the health deportment to end the quarantine. I would like to add, the responsiveness, help, and hospitality was 2nd to none. As for the unit itself, fully equipped, relaxing, and comfortable. We highly recommend this place to anyone for short or long stays. I would like to conclude by saying THANK YOU for an outstanding hospitality as you made this place feels like home.

I was a bit worried to stay in an Abnb out of the country. However, Hannam BnB was the best Abnb, and I am very very picky! Everything was as described, and as the pictures indicated! Brad kept in constant contact with me via the Abnb app. He answered all of my questions/concerns immediately (taking the time difference into consideration). Sarah also went beyond the call of duty and called taxis for us. She provided a transformer so I could charge my electric mobility scooter in the parking garage, (it has a 120v grounded electrical plug.) They also provide adapters for use inside the Abnb. They provided a welcome basket with coffee, tea, water, milk, butter, bread, jam, juice, and more until we could go grocery shopping. Sarah helped us with navigating the subway with the Naver App. Sarah even drove us to the Kingdom Hall in Itaewon a few blocks away so we could worship Jehovah with our native Koreans and we had a wonderful time! We have had the pleasure of staying with Brad & Sarah on numerous trips to Seoul and words do not do this accommodation justice. This particular trip was a two week stay and, as usual, the hosts created an absolutely lovely space. The apartment has all the comforts of home, and is so beautiful and spacious, with lots of natural light. It is also spotless and the attention to detail unprecedented. Location wise, we find the apartment perfect…shops, bakeries, and coffee shops galore while subways and buses are just a short walk around the corner. It is so much fun exploring these streets while the apartment itself is quiet and relaxing.
Thank you to Brad, Sarah, and their staff for being such warm, generous and welcoming hosts. We are so grateful to you for once again, sharing your beautiful home with us.

Owner were so nice and helpful throughout our stay. They prepared everything beforehand, food & drinks etc. Clear instructions were given and both Brad & Sarah helped us booked taxi when we need it. It feel so comfortable just like home. Wifi, washing machine, dry machine, bath towels, kitchen stuff all were what we expect. They even helped us book taxi back to airport. People who are reading my review, highly recommend!! Those who doesn’t know korean language, don’t worry! They speak English which help us a lot! Had never regret booking this place. My family and I enjoy a lot. Thank you Brad & Sarah!!

A great apartment at the center of Seoul. It's one of the cleanest & well organized house I've been via Airbnb. Efforts of the host on both preparing amenities - from hangers, desk to kitchen amenities - and services during the stay were top notch. Strongly recommended apartment to any one for the trip to Seoul. Tip: Gourmet 494 is very close by and it has a high-end grocery market and food court with couple of good restaurants. It was a worth visit. War Museum and National Museum of Korea are reachable by taxi and good places for travel.

Brad is the self appointed mayor of Hannam Dong, a title that should be official! Everything at this place is brilliant!!

Wonderful place. Has everything you would need, lots of big and small touches. Bottled water, bread and eggs in the fridge. Air conditioners in every room, garage parking spot to use and can be used for guests. Lots of plug converters to use. Large Washer/dryer, cable tv. 5min to the subway. Lots of cafes near by. I would highly recommend for a family. Everyone in my family loved it.
