Our Properties
Guests have exclusive access to their entire apartment. Common accessible areas include only the elevator, hallways, the staircase and the first-floor parking deck.
Our building has CCTV cameras recording the building perimeter and exterior entrances 24×7. All apartments have fire extinguishers, smoke- and CO2 detectors.
Vacuum cleaner and extensive cleaning supplies included. You are responsible for maintaining a clean home. Periodic or pre-departure cleaning services are available from our trusted housekeeping staff at affordable hourly rates (subject to schedules and availability).
We maintain COVID-safe cleaning practices and use anti-viral treatments on common surfaces such as elevator buttons and the outside intercom panel.
Our rules are simple:
- No shoes in the apartment
- No smoking or vaping in the apartment or in the building, and the no-smoking signs outside our building must be obeyed.
- No parties
- No pets or animals (including visitors’ pets or animals) due to allergy concerns
- All guests must be registered prior to check-in and must provide copies of government IDs
- Guests and their invitees must follow all laws, regulations, ordinances, rules and guidelines of South Korea, national and local
