Getting Here
When you reach our street, find the white building with a parking bar in front (should have red or blue LEDs on it), and a blue plaque marking house number 17 (also marked 729-33 underneath). Use the driveway ramp that goes up to our parking deck to find our lobby entrance.
If you are driving to our property you should use the Naver Map or Kakao Map apps on your phone or GPS -enabled tablet to navigate here. You can find helpful pushpin navigation links for all the popular map websites and apps on our web site’s contact page:

Walking from the Metro subway, use the #3 exit at Hangangjin Station (elevator available) or the #2 exit with the escalator if the elevator isn’t working. Walk south on Itaewon-ro away from the highway overpass. Walk past Passion 5 and turn left at the Porsche dealer. Walk down the hill, turn left at the next intersection, then turn right at the corner after that. Look for our building on the right.
Walking from the bus stops at Gourmet 494 (announced as Soon Chun Hyang Medical Center) on Hannam-daero, make sure you’re on the west side of Hannam-daero (in front of Gourmet 494, not across the street from it). Walk uphill (north), past the driveway entrance to the Nine One apartments, and turn left at the next corner. Walk down the hill one block past more driveway entrances and bear left where the road splits. Walk uphill one block to our five-story white-and-grey villa straight ahead.
From the Airports
Taxi: Most airport taxi drivers have at least some English skills. You may give the driver directions to Seoul Yongsan-gu 17 Hannam-daero 27ga-gil. Fare will probably be 90-100,000 KRW (Incheon, includes tolls) or 30-50,000 KRW (Gimpo). Your reservation welcome message on Airbnb will show the full address in English and Korean, both old and new styles. It is often best to just show them the Korean information from your smartphone:
서울특별시 용산구 한남대로 27 가길 17 (한남동)
When you arrive please refer back to your check-in instructions.
Incheon Mass Transit
By Bus
SERIOUS WARNING: DO NOT TRUST GOOGLE WHEN IT TELLS YOU TO USE THE 6702 BUS! WE ARE NOT KIDDING!!!
In the past we have recommend the 6030 bus but it is out of service until further notice. The 6010 bus to Hannam-dong remains usable but requires more walking. From the 6010 Hannam-dong bus stop, walk down the hill toward the big five-way intersection. Cross Hannam-daero (under the highway overpass), then turn right and cross Dokseodang-ro. Continue walking north about two long blocks to the bus stops in front of Gourmet 494 then follow the walking instructions from Gourmet 494.
By Train and/or Subway
You may take the AREX (Airport Express train service) to Seoul Station. From there you may transfer to the subway (Line 1, transfer to Line 6 at Dongmyo Station, take Line 6 to Hangangjin Station, then use the elevator near exit #3). Or you may take the Airport Train (not express) to Gongdeok Station and transfer to subway Line 6. This saves a little walking but takes a little longer. All the above train stations have elevators.
You may instead use any of several city buses from Seoul Station or Gongdeok Station.
Warning: city buses have no luggage storage.
Gimpo Mass Transit
For city bus service, pick up the 601 city bus at the #4 stop in front of the International Terminal and transfer to the 472 bus at Severance Hospital (the stop after Yonsei University). The 472 is at the outside lane curb, not in the bus lane. Get off the 472 at the first stop after the Namsam Tunnel, “Soon Chun Hyang Medical Center”, walk up the hill and follow walking directions.
Warning: city buses have no luggage storage.
The Airport Train (this is the local version of the “AREX” or Airport Express) and Line 5 (Seoul metro subway) both service Gimpo Airport. The walk to Line 5 is shorter. There are also shuttle buses to Line 5. Both the Airport Train and Line 5 require a transfer to subway Line 6 at Gongdeok Station. Take Line 6 to Hangangjin Station and follow our walking directions above.
